Our process is designed to guide believers through a comprehensive Master Discipleship Licentiate (MDL) program, led by Pastor Christian Snyder. With a focus on biblical training, practical application, and community support, we help individuals grow in their faith and prepare for meaningful service, all within a nurturing Christ-centered environment.
Enrollment and Orientation
The first step in our process is enrollment in the MDL program. Once you enroll, you'll participate in an orientation that sets the foundation for your journey. This orientation introduces you to our mission, values, and structure, while emphasizing the importance of engaging with Scripture as the cornerstone of our training. You’ll meet fellow participants and mentors who will walk alongside you, creating a supportive community that reinforces your commitment to discipleship in Christ.
Comprehensive Training Modules
Our MDL program consists of three comprehensive training modules that reflect our dedication to biblical teaching and practical application. Over an average duration of 90 days, you will engage in a user-friendly curriculum that includes both online resources and live sessions. The small class sizes foster meaningful discussion, personal interaction, and accountability. Topics covered in the training include effective discipleship strategies, mental health awareness, and outreach methods that align with Christ's command to love and serve others. By the end of the program, you will have the tools and confidence needed to serve in various ministry roles.
Hands-On Ministry Experience
A key element of our process is the opportunity for hands-on ministry experience. As you progress through the MDL program, you will engage in practical discipleship activities, including mentoring fellow believers and participating in community outreach. Our partnership with the Hero Golf Tour enables participants to contribute to fundraising efforts that support veterans dealing with PTSD, allowing you to put your faith into action while impacting the lives of others. This experiential learning solidifies your growth in faith and ensures you are well-prepared to lead with purpose.
